Shelley Baardsen is a licensed Realtor and member of National Association of Realtors. She is a graduate of the Professional Institute of Real Estate, and is certified e-Pro, Certified Negotiation Expert, and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and an active member of the Phoenix Association of Realtors. Shelley worked in customer service and sales for 28 years for a major telecommunications company which has given her valuable experience that she brings to her real estate career. Shelley is proficient in negotiations, customer service, and attention to detail and follow-up. Shelley has earned the Silver Saguaro Award and Honor Society recognition for top sales.
Carlene Krahn is a licensed Realtor and member of National Association of Realtors. She is a graduate of the Renewal Education Corporation, and is e-Certified, an Accredited Buyer Representative, and a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and an active member of the Scottsdale Association of Realtors. Carlene's background is in education and she taught preschool in the Cave Creek School District for fifteen years. Barbara Smolenski is a Graduate of the Arizona School of Real Estate and has been in real estate sales since 1999. Barbara is an active member with the Scottsdale Association of Realtors. Barbara also maintains her real estate broker’s license in North Carolina but currently has it as inactive due to living in Arizona full time. Prior to real estate, Barbara was a wholesaler of mutual funds for a major North Carolina Bank. In 2011, she earned the highest producer award for the eCommerce group with Prudential Arizona Properties and also received one of the customer service awards for the company.
