  • DC Ranch has a total of 195 single family homes on the market through the MLS.   Average days on market are 203 and average price per square foot of $486 (not including for sale by owner)
  • Cheapest house available in DC Ranch is priced at $549k
  • Most expensive house on the market is priced at $11,995k
  • Average price for a home currently on the market is $2,110k
  • Average price for a home in pending status is $1,857k
  • Average price for a home being sold is $1,767k
  • Pending sales are currently priced at $428 a sqft (these have yet to record)
  • DC Ranch had a total of 15 sales close in the month of March and 12 homes go pending
