    1. We have been in licensed in Arizona for 24 years
  2. What areas do you reprent clients in?
    1. We represent buyers and sellers in all of Maricopa County, including: Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree, Fountain Hills, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Mesa, Gilbert and Tempe.
  3. Do you list homes for sale?
    1. Yes we list homes for sale all over the valley. We have sold over 200 homes.
  4. How many homes have you sold?
    1. We have sold over 200 homes and counting.

    1. We have 5 full time agents here to assist you.
  8. What are your listing commissions?
    1. Our commissions are much lower than the standard real commission of 6%.
  9. How long is your listing agreement?
    1. Our agreements are only for a brief period of time we ask that you commit to only 30 to 60 days in order for us to sell your home.
  10. What communities do you represent in Scottsdale?
    1. We have been selling homes in Scottsdale for over 24 years and have sold in every master planned community Scottsdale has to offer including: Kierland, Dc Ranch, Silverleaf, McCrormick Ranch, Gainey Ranch, Scottsdale Ranch and Desert Mountain (just to name a few).
  11. Are you relocating from out of state?
    1. Not sure where to move when you get to Arizona?  We will give you tours of communities and/or areas to give you an idea of what each community has to offer.
  12. How do you work with buyers?
    1. Our team approach assigns each buyer to a specialist in your specific area within 24 hours that will assist you all the way through the buying experience.

    1. We have 2200 five star reviews in Google
  14. By listing with you how do I know I am getting the best price for my home?
    1. Six indpendent studies over 3.5 years (2020-2023) showed that our home sellers who used the 72SOLD program had a median sales price averaging 9.1% higher than other homes sold in their local mls.
  15. How much does your brokerage spend in advertising?
    1. Our brokerage is spending over 4.0 Million Dollars a month in marketing in the Phoenix Metropolitan area.
    2. Starting January 1, 2023 our brokerage will increase their spending to 12 Million Dollars a month in National Advertising attracting more buyers towards your listing.
  16. Do you have buyers for your listings?
    1. We have a database of buyers and investors that are interested in purchasing your home that we have been building with our brand new website See Homes First.

    1. Our program has been featured and marketed on CBS, ABC, NBC, FOX, Forbes.

    1. We have sold over $1B in sales over the past 3 years
  19. How many homes are for sale in the Phoenx area?
    1. The inventory is at record low levels for the Phoenix Metropolitan area.   We are at roughly 12,000 homes that are avaiable for sale.
  20. Do you work with investors?
    1. Yes we have over 40 investors that we work with on a regular basis that buy homes for rentals and/or buy them so that they can fix and flip them.
