While lofts have been extremely popular on the East Coast for several years, lofts are relatively new to the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Since 2000 several loft projects have developed and can be seen throughout the valley horizon. Lofts are a fast growing niche in the housing market and can offer an attractive alternative to the more traditional housing options that we have been limited to in the past.
