Grayhawk oftentimes is enthusiastically called a “quaint community.” Grayhawk is an established development located due west of the McDowell Mountain Regional Park in Scottsdale, Arizona, founded in 1996. A golf community, Grayhawk residences include properties on or near the course.  There are also housing options away from the course that include single family, town homes and apartment style condos.

The residential properties include stylish single-story and two-story homes. Perhaps no community in the greater Scottsdale and Phoenix metroplex has a wide selection of residential options. Homes range from cozy 800 square foot properties to residences of over 8.000 square feet. The price range of homes runs from $170,000 to $2.5 million.
