Nestled in central Scottsdale is Gainey Ranch, a master-planned community home to some of the area’s most sought-after addresses. Terravita sits on 823 acres and consists of 23 unique neighborhoods scattered across the expanse. Terravita is nestled in the shadows of the stunning Black Mountain.

The neighborhoods of Terravita consist of lock and leave patio homes of about 1,400 square feet, intermediate size residences of around 2,200 square feet, and larger homes at approximately 4,000 square feet.

The Terravita golf course is the brainchild of Billy Casper and Greg Nash. In addition to a tremendous course, Terravita has winding trails that run throughout the property.

 

Tatum Ranch
