Terravita is a golf course community located in North Scottsdale about 10 minutes off the 101 and is across the street from The Boulders.  The community was built by Del Webb in 1994-1998 and consists of single family homes that range in size from 1600 square feet to 3000 square feet for some of the larger homes.  Del Webb had several models to choose from when building including: Novus, Villas + Casita, Caelum, Stella, and Ventus just to name a few.

Expansion project consists of five components:

  1. Heath and Wellness – A new 12.000 sqft building will include a fitness facility, several good sized excersice rooms, enhanced locker room and two new state of the art children’s clubs
  2. New Casual Dining – A new indoor dining spot will be coming next toe the clubs remodeled resort-style pool area.
  3. Golf – A new teaching center will be added so that members can enhance their shorty game and more
  4. Clubhouse Updates – New private dining room coming to the club with an all new menu.
  5. Expanded Kitchen – 600 sqft of top of the line kitchen space will be added.

Optima Sonoran Village Update – 2 New Buildings

Optima, Inc., the developer and one of the original owners of the 592-apartment home Optima Sonoran Village, has acquired the luxury apartment community through a new partnership with Des Moines, Iowa-based Principal Real Estate Investors, LLC.

The partnership acquired Optima Sonoran Village Phases I and II for $200 million from an existing Optima-sponsored venture. In addition to acquiring the two existing phases, this new partnership also will develop Phase III of Optima Sonoran Village.
