Explore Chandler Communities: What to Know
Chandler has a wide mix of neighborhoods. Some have lakes and waterfront homes. Others are quiet, established streets close to schools and shopping. This guide helps you see the options before you start touring.
Lake and Master-Planned Living
South Chandler is home to Ocotillo, one of the best-known master-planned communities in the East Valley. It has lakes, waterfront homes and a golf club. Fulton Ranch, also in south Chandler, adds lakes, parks and newer homes.
These areas often have HOAs that care for common areas. Therefore, it is smart to review HOA rules and fees early.
Established Neighborhoods
Chandler also has many established neighborhoods. For example, Carrizal offers larger homes near the Loop 202. Carino Estates sits in the Ocotillo area, and Las Casitas Del Sur is a small gated enclave. In addition, these areas are often close to shopping, parks and schools.
55+ Communities
Chandler also has active adult options. Springfield and Sunbird are 55+ communities in the city. Sun Lakes, just south of Chandler, is a large 55+ community with several golf courses. As a result, many buyers moving closer to retirement start their search here.
How to Narrow Your Search
Start with your budget and commute. Then think about lifestyle, such as lakes, golf or a shorter drive to downtown. Next, compare a few areas side by side. You can browse all Chandler communities and homes for sale any time, or contact The Holm Group for a short list that fits you.
